Deputy Brad Evans was recognized Friday for his 20 years of service to the Dallas County Sheriff’s Office. He received a plaque from Sheriff Scott Rice at a ceremony held in the basement of the Dallas County Courthouse.
Evans was born and raised in Dallas County and graduated from Buffalo High School. He went on to graduate from Central Missouri State University with a major in aviation technology and a minor in criminal justice.
Evans worked for the Department of Natural Resources for a couple of years before joining the sheriff’s office. He and his wife, Missy, have two sons and a daughter.
