• Your Missouri Sheriffs' Association trained over 12,000 Sheriffs, Deputy Sheriffs, Police Officers, Emergency Managers, School Officials, Firefighters and Medical First Responders across the state in the past 18 months?
• Your Missouri Sheriffs' Association conducted 1,071 training classes at no cost to the attendees or their agencies?
• Your Missouri Sheriffs' Association was able to provide this service due to your membership and financial support?
• Your role as a member of the Missouri Sheriffs' Association has an impact on making Missouri a safer place to work, live and raise a family?

During the last 12 months, the Association was able to conduct 28 Basic Academies across the state, graduating 302 licensed Peace Officers to serve in local communities throughout this great state. While we remain committed to providing on-site training in out state Missouri, we are working to complete additional classrooms and specialized training facilities at our main headquarters.

Our efforts to conduct specialized training in the areas of Emergency Driving, Jail Operations, Firearms, School Security, Less-Lethal Force Options and Personal Self-Defense continue to present challenges. The ability to expand the number of classrooms available to both in-service officers and basic academy students enhances the number, and quality of training opportunities we can make available to those professionals serving your community.

We are asking for your continued support in raising $250,000.00 to complete the construction of the Missouri Sheriffs' Association Training Academy. Your contribution will be used to construct and equip classrooms, showers, restrooms, instructor offices and a jail operations training facility.

Your contribution will be dedicated to the construction process only and will not be used for general revenue or other administrative purposes. We continue our commitment to providing the best possible training to local law enforcement across this state. Your donation to the "MSA Building Fund" will greatly assist in that mission.

With your assistance, the Association was able to remodel and equip an up-to-date state of the art classroom for students attending training sessions at our State Headquarters (see above right).
